NORTH TARRANT
Express 35W Fort Worth,TX
Potere Construction contributed major concrete components to the North Tarrant Express 35W project in Fort Worth, TX. The team delivered rip rap systems, TRF foundations, mow strips, and hand-poured SSTR elements with precision. Short paving pours and multiple concrete footers were completed to support roadway structures. Flatwork operations were executed efficiently in a high-traffic work zone. Potere’s performance reinforced our reputation for dependable, self-performed work on heavy highway projects.

SM WRIGHT
Sm Wright Community
As part of the SM Wright 175 safety improvements, Potere Construction delivered MSE wall systems and multiple flatwork components within the project corridor. The overall initiative eliminates a sharp accident curve and reduces high-volume traffic through the SM Wright Community. Our work involved installing structurally reinforced retaining walls and placing concrete flatwork to roadway specifications. Potere executed the work with careful attention to sequencing and public safety in an active urban zone.

UTA West Parking Lot
Potere Construction is actively advancing the new West Campus Parking Lot for the University of Texas at Arlington in Fort Worth, located near the intersection of I-20 and I-30. Mobilized in January 2026, our team is currently performing major earthwork operations as part of the initial development phase, with substantial completion targeted for September 2026. The 468-space, 175,000 SF facility—designed by Dunaway—will support UTA’s West Campus expansion and enhance campus accessibility. Potere Construction is proud to partner with Hensel Phelps and UTA in delivering this important infrastructure project.

DFW Airport ARFF Stations - Bridge
Potere Construction serves as a subcontractor on the DFW Airport ARRF Stations Project, providing concrete and structural work for a 5-span bridge worth $4.1 million. Working with JE Dunn, Urban Infraconstruction, and other subcontractors, our team delivers safe, precise, and high-quality construction. Potere’s work supports timely completion and long-lasting infrastructure improvements. The project highlights our commitment to teamwork and construction excellence.

I-35 - Gainsville
Potere Construction continues to play an active role in ongoing improvements along Interstate 35 in Gainesville. Since 2022, our team has installed riprap, mow strips, pavers and extensive concrete work in support of this critical transportation corridor.
Averaging nearly 600 cubic yards of concrete placed each month, our crews have consistently delivered quality, durability, and production efficiency while working in an active highway environment. Potere is proud to contribute reliable infrastructure that supports the long-term performance and safety of one of Texas’ most vital roadways.

IM TERRELL
VPA Stem Academy
Potere Construction completed the streets, sidewalks, parking lots, curbs, gutters, ADA ramps, steps, dirt work, and wall systems for the IM Terrell VPA STEM Academy in Fort Worth, TX. The academy sits on a historic campus first opened in 1882 as the city’s first Black school. Today it functions as a multicultural Visual & Performing Arts institution. Potere is proud to contribute durable, high-quality concrete work to a campus with such a meaningful past and promising future.

OXBOW VALLEY
Storage Project
The Oxbow Valley Storage Project offered Potere Construction the opportunity to work on critical river infrastructure along the Trinity River in Fort Worth. Our team built multi-use maintenance trails on both banks, installed a concrete weir, and constructed the regulator that spans the river. Collaboration with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers allowed us to refine the regulator design for better efficiency and long-term durability. This project highlights Potere’s ability to deliver complex, water-related civil construction with precision.

JPS Health Care - Parking Garage
Potere Construction is proud to have been part of the JPS Parking Garage project, Potere Construction’s first major healthcare campus project, delivered as a joint venture with the The Beck Group. This 2,500-space facility, substantially completed in mid-February 2026, enhances access to care for patients, visitors, and staff across the JPS Health Network campus. Achieving injury-free completion reflects the teamwork, safety commitment, and skill demonstrated daily by our team and trade partners. We are grateful for the opportunity and look forward to continuing this partnership with Beck and JPS on future projects.

Center For Transforming Lives
Potere Construction performed parking lot paving, driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, playground areas, and associated site concrete improvements for the Riverside campus of Center for Transforming Lives in Fort Worth. Our scope focused on delivering durable, functional infrastructure that supports safe access, circulation, and outdoor spaces throughout the campus.
By constructing reliable paving systems, compliant fire access lanes, pedestrian walkways, and playground foundations, Potere contributed to a site designed to serve families and children in a secure and welcoming environment. Forest Theater
Potere Construction completed the street paving, sidewalks, and select ADA improvements for the Forest Theater in Dallas, Texas. Our scope focused on delivering precise concrete craftsmanship that enhances accessibility, functionality, and the overall site experience. From durable paving solutions to carefully constructed pedestrian pathways and compliant ADA features, each element was executed with attention to quality, longevity, and detail. Southeast Connector
Potere Construction is performing sidewalks and retaining wall work as part of the ongoing Southeast Connector, a transformative transportation improvement initiative led by the Texas Department of Transportation. The Southeast Connector will rebuild and widen approximately 16 miles of I-20, I-820, and US-287 to improve mobility, safety, and efficiency across Tarrant County.
Our team has delivered expertly constructed pedestrian pathways and durable retaining wall systems that support site grading and roadway embankments within the project corridor. Potere is proud to contribute high-quality concrete and site infrastructure to this large-scale effort that will enhance regional travel and connectivity for communities throughout the Fort Worth and Arlington area

Texas Women's University
Potere Construction had the opportunity to perform parking lot construction, fire lane paving, sidewalks, and associated site concrete improvements at Texas Woman's University in Denton. Our scope focused on delivering durable infrastructure designed to support the daily movement of students, faculty, and visitors across campus.
The project included carefully constructed vehicular paving, code-compliant fire access lanes, pedestrian walkways, and supporting concrete elements that enhance both safety and accessibility. Each component was completed with precision and long-term performance in mind.
